At Gifted Hands, your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly work with you to offer an exchange, replacement, or refund. Items must be returned in their original condition. Some items, such as donated goods, clearance sales, or personalized products, are non-refundable. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
